With this documentary I would like to show the creative process Michael Hornick goes through to build each Shanti guitar. Michael is keeping alive a dying woodworking art craft. Having always been fascinated by guitars, in 1984 Michael found his passion for his life's work. Unlike a factory that flawlessly reproduces the same instrument, Michael builds just one a year. Each instrument unique in its body and sound. His joyous and peaceful spirit is expressed in each guitar as a unique and functional piece of art.
